Our take on the classic cheesesteak - a hefty pile of brisket slow cooked with onions and poblano peppers topped with melted provolone cheese and Duke's mayo on a toasted sub roll. This is a crowd favorite at our Carter Mountain events!

If you've never tried burnt ends before, you're in for a treat. Burnt ends have a wonderful fat-to-meat ratio, resulting in smoky and sticky nuggets that are tender and full of flavor with a touch of sweetness. Some like to call these morsels of tastiness, "meat candy". Keep an eye out because sometimes we offer pork belly burnt ends as well!
